When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it from our shop to your doorstep. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location, but faster shipping upgrades are available during checkout.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items and will work with you to make things right. The quality of your finished transfer begins with the quality of your artwork. To ensure sharp, vibrant, and professional results, please follow these guidelines when preparing your files:

  Format: Upload high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds for best results. We also accept PDF and AI files.
  
• 
  Resolution: Minimum of 300 DPI is recommended to avoid blurry or pixelated prints.
  
• 
  Color Mode: Files are printed in CMYK, so designs created in RGB will be converted. This may cause slight color variations.
  
• 
  Spacing: When creating a gang sheet, leave at least 0.25" between each design for clean cutting.
  
• 
  Size Accuracy: Make sure your artwork is scaled to the exact size you want it printed. We print what you upload.
  

Following these recommendations ensures your transfers will press beautifully on t-shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags, and more. If you’re unsure whether your design is print-ready, our system will flag low-resolution files so you can adjust before finalizing your order.

Applying your transfers correctly is just as important as designing them. Our DTF and UV DTF transfers are easy to press with a standard heat press, and when applied properly, they will last wash after wash without fading, peeling, or cracking.

General Pressing Guide:

1. 
   Pre-press your garment for 5–7 seconds at 300–325°F to remove moisture and wrinkles.
   
2. 
   Position your transfer in the desired location on the garment.
   
3. 
   Press with medium to firm pressure for 10–15 seconds.
   
4. 
   Allow the transfer to cool slightly, then peel the film smoothly in one motion.
   
5. 
   For added durability, you may do a second 5–7 second press with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet on top.
   

These settings work on cotton, polyester, blends, tote bags, and many other fabrics. Always test on a sample item before running a large batch. By following these instructions, you’ll achieve vibrant, long-lasting prints with a professional finish every time.
